Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Our company is concerned with construction and fit out of commercial premises and is expanding rapidly.

The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:

- The principal role of bookkeeper would include maintaining and agreeing sales and purchase ledgers, paying suppliers, posting sundry other entries to the bank account and reconciling the bank.
- A knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be beneficial.
- The secondary role of office administration would include assisting with the day to day needs of a team of project managers and off site staff.
- This may include such matters as Health and Safety statements, reproducing regulatory documents for clients and general office duties to ensure a smooth running organisation.

Bookkeeper/Office Administrator Required Experience:

- You will have solid experience of working in a sales, purchase ledger and general bookkeeping role together with office management/administration experience.
- You will possess good working knowledge of a computerised accounting package (Ideally Sage)
- Plus other IT systems including word processing, spreadsheets.

More details on the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator role:

- The position is in Wokingham, Berkshire
- Paying up to £12 per hour depending on individual skills and previous experience.
- The company is looking for around 5 hours cover per day between 7:00 and 17:00, the company can flexible as to how this is worked.
- You should have your own transport as public services are not ideal.
- You should ideally live within a ten mile radius of Wokingham
