Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join their team based in York

You will be a confident user of ICT, particularly in Microsoft packages and ideally have experience using a legal document management system. You will be expected to have a flexible approach to your work in line with business requirements, working as part of a team or independently, keeping the client in mind at all times whilst remaining helpful and willing. The confidence and ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing is essential to this role, as you will be expected to communicate in all areas and at all levels within the business.

Duties include:

" Ensuring that internal and external calls are handled within three rings and in a pleasant, considerate and helpful manner

" To provide an exceptionally high level of customer service to all visitors and staff, ensuring that each visitor is provided with a visitors badge and that the visitor book is completed on arrival and departure.

" Managing meeting room resources - Including organising refreshments for meetings

" Ensuring the common parts, which visitors use to enter Reception is tidy and free from hazards at all times
