Hays are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing & distribution organisation based in Warwickshire to recruit an Internal Communications Coordinator on a 6 month FTC. £20,0000 - £25,000
Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting the Head of Communications & Internal Comms team on a business wide transformation project. You will as part of the central comms team to support the Business Partners in the delivery of change projects. Responsibilities will include keeping the intranet up to date, employee engagement activities, content creation. You will be required to coordinate the comms team activities and work closely with the Head of Comms & Senior Leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in English Literature, Journalism or Creative Writing
- Strong writing skills
- An understanding of internal communications
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary the equivalent of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
