Commercial Banking provides support to corporate clients through the provision of core banking products, such as lending, deposits and transaction banking services whilst also offering clients expertise in capital markets (private placements, bonds and syndicated loans), financial markets (foreign exchange, interest rate management, money market and credit) and private equity. This enables us to meet the varying and sometimes complex needs of all types of corporate clients.

Global Transaction Banking (GTB) provides a diverse range of products and services to customers of Commercial Banking. You will work collaboratively with an ambitious team to build our business and bring to life the Group vision of Helping Britain Prosper.

The Regional Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Hire Purchase & Leasing (HP & L) team, to operate as a HP specialist working with Commercial Relationship Managers to negotiate and transact HP business with existing clients and target prospects (typical turnover of £1-25 million).

You will possess both the ability to work independently within a results orientated environment and also within a team environment operating to best professional business advisory standards.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a solid working knowledge of Hire Purchase products and have relevant business to business relationship skills. Not only organised and analytical, you'll also have great communication and presentation skills.

As a Regional Manager, you will be accountable for delivering core HP targets and maximise profitability from existing and prospective LBG clients. You will build and develop internal relationships with Bank teams to leverage and grow LBG franchise opportunities.
