Are you looking for a new role as Head of Estates? An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Head of Estates candidate of the highest calibre to join one of the world's largest retail clients.

Are you professional, motivated, friendly, independent, and technically savvy? If the answer is yes, this role could be for you!


* To lead a team of 6 Estates Managers
* Preparation of Board papers to be presented to senior managers and Board Directors
* To co-ordinate key lease events and to allocate appropriately
* To complete from inception to completion rent reviews and lease renewals
* To ensure any disputes between Landlords and Tenants are resolved promptly with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
* To take responsibility for securing refunds or overpayments from third parties due to the company
* To resolve operational problems for stores quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
* To be able to make and implement own decisions, balancing risks against benefits for the Company's long term financial objectives
* To understand the commercial objectives of the company and to have a flexible approach to the working hours and a willingness to travel the UK
* Checking invoices from Landlords to ensure accuracy and challenging where appropriate control of payment of invoices.
* To take overall responsibility for the management of the property database
* To protecting the business interests

Essential Knowledge & Skills

* Previous experience leading others
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ideally experience within a Retail / FMCG / Commercial environment
* Commercially / Operationally minded
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to negotiate
* Decision maker
* UK Full driving licence
