A fantastic financial services business based in Birmingham is seeking a Finance Administrator to assist in handling an array of schemes, completing checks and answering any queries via email and phone. You will be integral in providing extensive administrative support, maintaining records and maintaining a range of financial processes. As a lovely, friendly business based in the city centre, they have stunning offices with an open-plan layout and a strong work-life balance.

The role will primarily involve supporting clients on a range of policies, updating the databases in relation to finance details, handling telephone queries and emails, streamlining processes, assisting with events and scheme activity, keeping record of all calls and logging conversations to ensure guidelines and procedures are adhered to and taking responsibility for compliance requirements. This really is a high-volume administration role which will require a strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively.

The successful Finance Administrator will be interested in working within a stimulating and exciting working environment and will be able to demonstrate previous administration experience or exposure within financial services.
