Business Information Analyst - Central London
Steve Lord is recruiting for a Business Information Analyst to work for an expanding pan European laboratory services company. The Business Information Analyst will be working at their offices in Central London on a permanent basis. This client is offering an opportunity be involved during an exciting period of growth and expansion for the business where the use of data and reporting will be increasingly important to it's future success.Overall function of the job: The primary function of this role will be to provide regular Business intelligence reporting to the whole organisation on operational & performance metrics to the business, including monthly financial reporting, KPI reporting and trend monitoring.As Business Information Analyst you should have demonstrable experience:-Degree level education, preferably in Mathematics or IT/Computer Science based subject-Great numerical skills, able to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data-Excellent Microsoft skillls, in particular advanced level use of Excel, experience of VBA and Access would be highly desirable.-Experience of extracting and gathering data from a wide range of sources and systems for use in reports.-Experience of data visualisation tools such as Tableau would be beneficial-Previous experience of working in a similar role such as a data analyst/reporting analyst/MI analyst or BI analyst is essential.-Ideal position for someone early in their career as a data analyst and looking to take the next step and consolidate and increase their experience.-Must be willing to undertake occasional travel to other business sitesCK IT is an Equal Opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all who meet our selection criteria.If you do not hear back from us within 5 working days of your application for this role, it means that on this occasion you have not been shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment campaign.
