Clinical Service Manager ( RGN or RGN or RNLD )Location: Chippenham, WiltshireSalary: £16 per hour (£34,944 per annum) - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilitiesHours: Full Time, 42 hour contract,Shifts: Days onlyContract type: Permanent Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse to lead a team of nurses within a very reputable Care Home located in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The Care Home is situated a short distance from the market town of Chippenham and has beautiful views over the Wiltshire countryside. The home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and now incorporates the latest care facilities. The Care Home has facilities to support various care types including: convalescence, day care, dementia nursing, Huntington's, Parkinson's, residential and respite care. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.This home is part of a reputable, market-leading healthcare company with excellent standards for providing effective, individualised care for all their residents. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who displays the same desire and passion for care, showing integrity, kindness, and an ambition for personal development.The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff.
