An opportunity has arisen for a full time Business Administrator Co-coordinator to join The Community Recovery Care Group.
The post holder will analyse and interpret information from databases, identifying and investigating reasons behind statistics and potential solutions, and produce regular performance reports to teams within the Care group, including the Rehabilitation service West, Vocational Rehabilitation Service East and West, Mental Health Learning Disabilities and Community Recovery. You will focus on managing the provision of information on service activity and oversight of the local administrative service, ensuring efficient and effective services are provided to meet the needs of the wider team. The post holder will co-ordinate and provide efficient and comprehensive administration support within the admin team. You will have supervision responsibilities for 2 Band 3 Administrators across several bases in the Care Group.
You will need to be a team player, with line Management experience with good communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to prioritise your workload and work to agreed timescales. You should have a flexible approach to your work and a professional attitude.
The successful applicant will be educated to A level standard, GCSE A to C Maths and English (or equivalent) and have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
The interview process will include numeracy, literacy and an Excel test.
This post is subject to a six month probationary period for candidates external to the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.
