Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) is delivering a new 17 bedded mixed sex Discharge to Assess (DTA) unit which is nurse led with Responsible Medical Officer (RMO – Doctor) support including wider Multi-Disciplinary Team member input. The Unit will be located in Adams ward in Finchley Memorial Hospital in Barnet and will be run and managed by CLCH staff.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinician to join the team of highly experienced and skilled nurses and therapists on Adams ward. This position is open to nurses with experience in their clinical speciality.
This position will provide you with opportunity to develop your skills clinically and managerially. You will be supported by a team of nurses, Physiotherapist, Rehab Support workers and Healthcare assistance. You will also receive support from the Nurse Matron and Clinical Lead for Therapies.
