Consultant Nurse (RNLD) vacancy - South EastAdult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs - up to £60K + Travel Allowance! WR Health & Social Care is looking for a driven, passionate and dynamic Consultant Nurse (RNLD) to join one of the leading UK healthcare providers in the private sector on a permanent, peripatetic basis. This position is paying up to £60K per annum for the right candidate, and offers a wide range of benefits whilst involving travel across our clients' services in the South East. Our client supports adults with complex learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and additional mental/physical health needs across the UK in specialist, patient-centred sites. As Consultant Nurse (RNLD), you will be experienced in the LD field, and form an integral part of the multi-disciplinary and senior management teams, overseeing and implementing the highest quality nursing practice to be delivered to vulnerable service users. You will have a genuine drive to provide professional leadership across the regional services, and be heavily involved in areas such as quality improvement, provision of patient safety and clinical governance. You will also have demonstrable experience in working closely with key stakeholders at national and local levels to drive the culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
