Point of Sale Merchandising Manager – Consumer Care

This unique role spans the Sales and Brand Marketing function, giving a unique perspective and ability to influence our future success. You will have responsibility for developing and delivering branded items in store, and online, that ’influence buying decisions in store. This role covers UK and Republic of Ireland. Responsibilities Innovate, design and deliver cost effective impactful point of sale (POS) items to support sales and brand activity Ensure compliance of all items with key approval processes associated with licensed OTC medicines Management of POS budget and ensure spend is scrutinized to maximize the profitability and deliver the best return on investment Manage and develop our in-store merchandising agency to support sales activity Review and take forward our ecommerce activity within our retail customers and manage a step change in our digital profile Requirements & Qualifications Project management skills are essential in this role; you will need to be able to manage complex processes across multiple items for development Deadline driven with a service mentality for our customers Knowledge of Zinc approval management system is an advantage Competent at using Excel and Powerpoint Interest or experience in e-commerce An interest in/ desire to work in the Consumer Healthcare industry Training in regulations that govern over the counter products will be provided Terms of Employment Full time, based in Guildford, working from home flexibility (up to 2 days a week).
