An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruiter/ Graduate Recruitment Coordinator with a Leading IT Company in Reading.

The team looks after all campus attraction, recruitment and development including graduates, summer internships, long-term internships, VIEs and spring insight participants.

This role will focus on the operational delivery of an excellent campus recruitment service, supporting the recruiter with specific focus on our spring insight, summer internship and Discovery Day (A-Level insight) . Out of peak-campus recruitment season you will also support our Development Partner with spring, summer and graduate programme inductions, as well as other events / projects as required.

Requirements for the role

* Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment
* Experience of ATS systems. (desirable)
* An understanding of recruitment and the practicalities of doing this in volume.
* Attention to detail.
* An ability to multitask with many simultaneous activities at once.
* An ability to articulate a keen interest in recruitment and ideally working in a campus recruitment team

Key Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of a high volume of campus hires across
* Coordinate parts of the recruitment process; candidate management, interview scheduling, facilitating assessment centres and coordinating on boarding documents
* Maintain and review the Applicant Tracking System (currently WCN), including but not limited to; managing candidates through the process, flagging system errors, liaising with our test providers and logging interviews and feedback
* Support the processing of new joiner / leaver documentation
* Support the visa processes of these individuals through collaboration with the UK International Mobility Team
* Support campus marketing and attraction initiatives and attend campus events, especially in peak season (Sep - Jan) Supporting diversity recruitment initiatives.
* Support the summer, spring and graduate induction programmes as needed as well as other development initiatives.
* Driving ad-hoc projects to improve our campus recruiting
