This national IFA firm has a dedicated Financial Administration support team based in their impressive Central London Head office. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for additional Financial Admin support.

They are looking for someone who is able to provide pre and post-sales support to the Financial Advisers. To ensure that client documentation/requests are accurately processed and completed within the required time scales; and in accordance with the compliance guidelines as defined by the firm. In addition you will be providing a high level of support to clients in an efficient, compliant and professional manner. You will also be obtaining information for illustrations and application forms from Platforms to issue signed letters of authority to providers and obtain standard policy information. Also you will be maintaining client files on Advisor office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s previous exposure within Financial Administration. If you are looking for a fresh challenge, where you will gain on the job training and be provided with study support, to work towards your Diploma Qualification, then this could be an excellent role for you.
