- Providing high quality nursing care to service users, showing compassion, care and commitment to making a real different to their lives.
- Managing care staff.
- Ensuring that high standards of personal care and support are provided to service users, in line with CQC standards.
- Contribute to the on going assessment of service users.
- Communication with service users, their relatives, friends, professional helpers etc.
- Liaise with outside agencies, e.g. G.P, District Nurse, Social Worker, housing providers etc.
- Administration of medications.
- Wound Care.
- End of Life Care.
- Dementia Care.
- Chronic Disease management.

The Nurse position is full time, working 36 hours per week, at a pay rate up to £18.00 per hour.
