JOB DUTIES
- Compiling individualised Care Plans for residents.
- Administration of medication.
- Wound care and dressings.
- Dementia Care.
- End of life care.
- Bowel and continence care.
- Chronic disease management.
- Assistance with personal activities of daily living.
- Supervision of Care staff.
- Liaison with Multidisciplinary Team, and families of the service users.

REQUIREMENTS
- Registration with the NMC, with current valid Pin number.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills
