PA / Administrator
My client, an independent school based near Finchley Road is looking for a PA / Administrator. The successful candidate would need to provide efficient and affective administrative support to the Headmistress and the School. Key responsibilities To undertake all general administrative and record keeping duties required by the School to support its efficient and effective operation. Maintain and update pupil records and databases, collate council funding forms and records, obtain, collate and publish pupil assessment dates at regular intervals for the Headmistress and Teachers of Assessment preparation classes. Carry out regular H&S/fire/first aid facilities inspections within the school in accordance with the schools procedures and templates and report issues to the Proprietor. Ensure that purchase requests are properly authorised and undertake relevant purchasing responsibilities for the School, following the School's policies, processes and procedures. Establish and maintain a process that ensures that once ordered, goods are delivered and included on the School inventory and that invoices tally with the goods delivered. Meet and greet parents daily as they drop off and collect their children. Collect ad hoc visitors to the school, ensuring that they sign in correctly and are properly badged to meet ISI requirements.
