My client is seeking an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager in South West London to take the lead of an established branch. They are offering a salary of up to £34K.The purpose of the company is to improve the lives of people within their own homes and ensure the quality of care is at the highest standard at all times. They provide care to a wide range of clients including but not limited to:Elderly, Dementia and Alzheimer's sufferersEnd of life clientsPeople with Physical disabilitiesMental health conditionsThe Role;As the Registered Manager you will;Assume management responsibility for the financial and operational activities of the serviceBe responsible for the long term planning, organising, directing and staffing of the companyDevelop policies and proceduresRecruit staff and ensure they are inducted and trained accordinglyMarket the service effectively and attending networking events when requiredAdhere to CQC regulatory standards of care and ensuring compliance at all timesThe Person;To be considered for the Registered Manager's position you will have;Previous Domiciliary Care management experienceAn understanding of a range of care packagesA good understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirementsA NVQ 4 or QCF 5 in Leadership & Management in health and social careInterviews will be taking place on the 2nd February 2018.Coburg Banks Health and Social Care specialise in recruiting Care Managers, Care Co-ordinators and Senior Carers within Residential care, Domiciliary care, Supported living and Nursing across the UK.
