We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee a new Home in Swindon.


As a Registered Home Manager your responsibilities will include:


Generating new business through marketing, networking and tendering
Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their needs


Consultation with GP’s to develop individual care plans for new clients and to ensure their formal review


Care planning, risk assessments and health and safety


Recruit, train and supervise Carers and Co-ordinators


Ensure that staff are given the support and supervision to enable them to continue delivery of a smooth and efficient service to the clients


Ensure provision of adequate staff cover for all the shifts


Complete quality assurance visits and service reviews


Ensure all legal, regulatory and the organisations standards are met or exceeded


Liaise and maintain partnerships with the local community organisations and services


To keep abreast of all new legislations and regulations relating to health and safety, C.O.S.H.H, fire prevention and local authority mandates, and to ensure effective communication of the same to staff. To amend policies and procedures, or to produce new documents where needed


To generate all notifications in relation to accidents suffered by clients, staff or visitors in line with R.I.D.D.O.R (1995) requirements
