Key roles and responsibilities of the Patient Services Assistant are: Assisting peers with daily duties and administration requirements on projects Promoting Synexus through effective communication with patients Using reporting tools to assist with accuracy of data Setting up of project files and ensuring sufficiency and accuracy of appropriate documentation Ensuring that the diary management system is accurate and up to date at all times Organising patient taxis, confirmation of patient appointments and stock control Ensuring a safe and clean reception environment for all visitors Photocopying, faxing, postal activities and providing patient refreshments Following up with GPs and other services to gather patient information Ideal candidateTo be successful in the role of Patient Services Assistant, you would likely have: An understanding and interest in clinical research The ability to work to time lines and follow instructions Previous experience as an administrator in an office environment Strong interpersonal skills Appropriate MS Office skills in word and excel with the ability to create documents Good oral and written communication skills Alternative Job Titles: administrator, receptionist, coordinator, administrative assistant, office work About the companyPlease visit the Company website at www.synexus.com
