The main aim of this Experienced Book keeper / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant
role is to work under the direction of the Financial Controller, in processing transactions to ensure financial information can be produced, having responsibility for ensuring the accounts are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

You will be offered full training to do this role and be rewarded with recognition and an exceptional pension scheme.

This Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant role is based in their branch in Castleford which is modern, spacious and bright. It is very commutable for people living in WF10, WF9, WF8, LS25, LS26 and LS15 areas.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is personable and bubbly
• A good relationship builder
• Someone who is computer literate
• A quick learner
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Hardworking and committed
• Experience in the following is essential:
o Payroll and accounts.
o Credit Control
o Book keeping
o VAT returns
o Sales
o Good knowledge of SAGE and all aspects of purchase ledger.
o Trade finance
o Bulk Invoicing
o Knowledge of credit cards (desirable)
o Knowledge of duty, export and freight (desirable)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
