A well respected insurance broker are looking for an experienced Manager to lead a team of 8 Administrators within a regulated environment.

The responsibility of this team is to provide an efficient back office support to the wider business whilst ensuring strict adherence to compliance and FCA regulations.

You will demonstrate experience in improving administrative efficiency and will ensure your team maintain strict adherence to processes, procedures and business controls.

You will allocate and manage workload for your team and will be a natural leader with the ability to coach, develop and mentor a team to deliver operational goals.

It is essential that you have managerial experience within an FCA regulated administration environment. You must have the ability to motivate and lead a team, performance manage and provide support and development.
