This highly respected brokerage are looking to continue their growth with the addition of a Corporate Account Director to lead the development of new business, the brokerage have a reputation for providing exceptional client service and client retention is exceptional
The business has an exceptional setup from a client acquisition stand point, starting with a pro-active marketing function that is capable of running highly targeted campaigns both online and offline. An appointment making team that provide preliminary reports to you prior to the meeting allowing you to walk in the door with an edge.
Once you’ve met the client the broking and placement team spin into gear and can place risks on a bespoke basis or a programme basis dependant on the requirement, providing full reporting along the way so you can keep the client in the loop and design a suite of covers to suit their individual needs.
This role will suit an existing Account Executive who is looking to step up into a Lead role or an Existing Account Director who is looking to have exceptional support in delivering for their clients..
To target and develop relationships with Corporate clients (Premiums from £5m upwards)
Actively on board clients who fit the target markets of the brokerage
Develop internal and external relationships as required
Work alongside the experienced Corporate Account Handling team to design and implement insurance programmes and risk reviews
Cross sell wider brokerage offerings (Including Private Client)
Achieve specific income targets in-line with business plan
Liaise with Insurers, MGA's and Wholesale brokers as required
You’ll already have exposure to managing Corporate Insurance programmes and be looking to join a business that is highly client focused and provides excellent opportunities to develop internally
Exposure to all standard Commercial Insurance lines, along with the knowledge of where best to place business in line with the client first approach of the business.
Have Solid technical knowledge – oversight on placement and Ideally be qualified to DIP CII / ACII levels
Be adept at managing relationships both internally and externally.
Able to communicate complex programmes in plain English to clients
