Unique opportunity to work for a growing and dynamic business operating in the global insurance and reinsurance market as a Project and Change Manager. This role will be based in London with a mix of flexible working and will report into the Head of Consultancy

Key role purpose:
Whilst this role will be primarily focused on integrating clients into the group structure there will also be a requirement to work on selected external client change projects.
You will support the efficient and effective integration of new clients into the group in order for services to be delivered in a timely matter to meet regulatory requirements and client service levels.
For external clients you will support the effective delivery of change projects (be that people, process or technology based) meeting client requirements and within their guidelines. This will be a client facing role working either directly onsite with clients or working remotely as part of a virtual team.

Experience
Experience in a similar role gained with the Property and Casualty (re)insurance company market is essential.
Experience within a Lloyd's Syndicate would be an advantage.
Experience of having integrated operations; such as bringing processes in-house, outsourcing and disposal; covering full reinsurance administration services (underwriting support, claims, technical accounting, financial accounting and actuarial)
Proven experience of project management; including experience of successfully leading a number of integrations and operational projects.
A project management certification, e.g. Prince II, PMP.
Experience of having effectively of change management; such as supporting or delivering change initiatives. A certification in change management would be an advantage.
Experience of process design and documentation (Lean Six Sigma an advantage).

Special requirements
Whilst the role is expected to be a mix of London and flexible working based there may be a need to travel within the UK
