Commercial Insurance Manager
A well-established insurance broker in Cambridge is looking to recruit a Commercial Account Handler to deal with cross-class commercial business. The company offer a generous benefits package including a pension and full financial support with insurance qualifications.
The Account Handler will place new business for and service a portfolio of Corporate clients with premium levels between £2,500 and £100,000. This will involve renewals, MTAs, dealing with any client queries and visiting clients where appropriate. Additionally will get involved in invoicing and account collection. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.
Candidates applying for this role must have previous experience within insurance, whether for a Broker or an Insurer and must have good knowledge of commercial insurance products. Excellent communication skills are highly desirable as the jobholder will be liaising with clients, Underwriters and Account Executives. Applicants must also be willing to complete their CII qualifications as these are actively encouraged within the business.
