Our client is an established Broker who has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive/Director in the general insurance sector, who will be responsible for primarily driving and leading sales and developing a book of business whilst managing an existing book, joining an experienced team of sixteen insurance professionals.

Then the end goal will be to work as part of the senior management team to set strategy and be the natural successor for the MD's.

You must possess a deep knowledge of the general insurance markets and have fantastic relationship building skills, you must be confident, driven, self-motivated with a desire for success and have a strong new business sales background and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication, decision making, negotiation and problem solving skills.
