Role Summary

As our Wholesale Administrator you'll provide sales & product administration support to the Wholesale team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Wholesale Sales Support:
* Communication of weekly trade pack
* Order entry
* Order confirmations
* Order Reductions
* Testing of sales and order tools
* Supporting customers with bespoke report requirements
* Managing story/product cancellations
* Issuing barcode/product changes reports to our customers
* Supporting the organization of Wholesale meetings and showroom appointments
* Ensures data accuracy
* New customer account forms, legal documents and set up
* Direct contact with customers and sales agents with the UK, Eire & International
* Generation/distribution of ‘in season' selling documents in conjunction with the Merchandising team

Customer Service Support:
* Delivering ‘Best in Class' service too all internal and external partners
* Answering customer calls and emails in a timely manner
* Customer returns
* Product enquiries
* Sales enquires
* Delivery information
* Processing ‘in season' orders
* Customer credits

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Educated to degree level or previous experience ideally gained in fashion, business, merchandising or retail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Time management and organizational skills
* The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
* Strong customer service skills both written and verbal
* Strong numerical capability, accurate with good attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel and systems skills
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
