Stantec Treatment are looking to strengthen their Solution Management team with a Solutions Analyst based out of the Salford Quays office. You will be responsible for managing the companies ERP information systems to optimize their use across the business.

You will report directly to the Solutions Manager and duties/responsibilities of the role will include:

• Produce Data Management plans to control areas of risk and provide data classification. Delivery of data management strategies to plan
• Coordinate and deliver technology training and knowledge development across the organisation in collaboration with wider Stantec Treatment Training function(s).
• Ensure the Stantec Treatment employees are equipped to use the tools and systems we have in place/adopt (education – delivery (business level), co-ordination, control, governance.
• Identify gaps and opportunities with business systems and provide knowledge plans on how to optimise systems
• Produce proposals for business system requirements in conjunction with organisational departments.
• Provide support to the business in maximising the value derived from the systems. Support key supplier support services.
• Performance Management of Business Systems and identification of performance enhancements.
• Provide business systems support prioritising workload in terms of criticality to the business.
• Deliver business system developments in accordance with agreed timetable and to budget
• Interface between Stantec Treatment and Global iNet as an iNet Business Partner. Adheres to the iNet Global Change Advisory Board and Governance processes.
• Manage the Release/Operational Management process for Business Systems.
• Ensuring universal access IT strategy is satisfied (information access)
• Provide business systems that meet the requirements and governance standards of the business.
• Ensure Security audits are conducted on a regular basis and manage the output recommendations.
• Ensure your own continuous professional development and to stay current on industry changes and innovations.
• Maintain a positive and solution oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
• In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and Stantec Treatment as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships. Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
• The role may require some UK travel – driving is a requirement for this role.
