The company employs around 80 people and services over 1500 customers across 40 countries with its headquarters in the UK and offices in France, Australia and the USA.

The company is now seeking a Finance Administrator to process orders and provide administrative support within the finance function.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be required to:

• Receive and check customer orders for the UK, Australia and France and ensure that the correct details are in the CRM, Netsuite, prior to processing
• Prepare and submit Purchase Orders to Vendors
• Post supplier invoices into Netsuite
• Prepare Customer invoices in Netsuite for the UK, Australia and Franc
• Complete customer orders in Netsuite, including the creation of assets
• Assist with the posting and reconciliation of bank transactions daily for all Teneo entities
• Assist with creating weekly supplier payment summaries for all Teneo entities
• Assist with month end tasks to ensure that monthly accounts are completed on time
• Be the first point of contact for the business by answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting visitors, delivering excellent customer service
• Provide support and cover for the finance team during holidays and busy periods
• Carry out general administrative tasks as required
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the Management Accountant and CFO
• Manage office facilities.

To be successful in the role of Finance Administrator, you will need to be/have:

- Experience of working in an administrative role within an accounting/finance function.
- Educated to A Level or equivalent standard.
- Computer literate in MS Office and knowledge of Netsuite an advantage
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Able to use own initiative.
- To be a flexible team player with a commitment to excellence.
