Working for a growing organisation in Basingstoke, you will be part of a busy Customer Service team where you will be responsible for managing orders for parts and ensuring SLA's are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced environment with a forward thinking company. The role itself is extremely varied as you would be coordinating the engineers, ticketing process and ordering of parts.

Main aspects of the role will include:

* Monitoring performance of key customers against SLA
* Prioritising tickets so that SLA's are met
* Working with back office teams to ensure tickets are handled effectively
* Management of delivery issues and escalations
* Placing part orders
* Excel Reporting
* Tracking of orders/deliveries

Skills and Experience required:

- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, communicating with all levels of management as well as customers
- Excellent excel skills and full MS office knowledge
- Experience dispatching engineers is preferred but not essential

This role is working Monday to Friday and pays a competitive salary of between £18'000-£19'000.
