Position - Project Change Manager - Insurance

Location- London City

Salary- £60,000

A global insurance company are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic person to join their consultancy department. This company are currently implementing their exciting growth strategy which includes providing extensive services through both the insurance and reinsurance market.

Key purpose of the roles.
  • Work closely with the senior management to integrate multiple departments of the company.
  • Work with external clients on change projects in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Be client-facing and assist in integrating new clients into the company business.
  • Consistently meet deadlines in a timely manner up to regulatory requirements.
  • Working either within their virtual team or directly on site with the clients.
Key tasks and Objectives
  • Work alongside the company departments, including IT project management, claims, finance, legal, compliance and HR
  • Work with TPAs and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Have a direct impact on the development of strategy and implementation of operating model designs.
Technical requirements
  • Previous exposure to the Property and Casualty market.
  • Previous experience of integrating operations.
  • Proven experience of project management.
