Senior PhysiotherapistFull TimeReading and BasingstokeOur client is currently recruiting for a senior physiotherapist to work across three clinics in Reading and Basingstoke. The role is a permanent full time role and offers and attractive salary and benefits.This role requires the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the community outpatients setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner Key Responsibilities: To ensure a high standard of clinical care for the patients under your management.To interpret and analyse clinical and non-clinical facts to form accurate diagnosis and prognoses in a wide range of highly complex conditions, to recommend the best course of intervention, and to develop comprehensive discharge plans.To undertake the comprehensive assessment of patients, including those with a complex presentation, using investigative and analytical skills, and to formulate individualised management and treatment plans, using clinical reasoning, and utilising a wide range or treatment skills and options to formulate a specialised programme of care.To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and to organise this effectively and efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and use of time. To demonstrate highly developed dexterity, coordination and palpatory senses for assessment and manual treatment of patients.To provide spontaneous and planned advice, teaching and instruction to patient's relatives and carers, to promote understanding of the aims of Premier and MSK physiotherapy.To provide advice to other physiotherapy colleagues and GP'sTo communicate effectively with patients and carers to maximise rehabilitation potential and to ensure understanding of condition.To be an active member of the company CPD programme unless exclusions apply in discussion with the Senior Operations Manager.
