An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Unit Manager to join the team at:Location: Kents Hill Care Home, 50 Tunbridge Grove, Kents Hill, Milton Keynes MK7 6JD44 hours pw, including alternate weekendsReporting to the Care Manager, the successful candidate will support the Care Manager in leading and managing a dedicated team of staff within the home, contributing towards the continuous high quality of care given to our Service Users. The successful candidate will also take charge of the home in the absence of the Care Manager.Applicants must have strong leadership and management skills and be a team player. Management experience in a care setting is essential.
Package descriptionCompetitive packageMain responsibilitiesOur ideal Unit Manager will have the following skills and values: Previous experience of deputising/leading a team within a Care Home or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An RGN/RMN qualification. A valid NMC pin number. Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application.
