An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to join the team at:Location: Buckingham House, Off Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 7DPFull time, permanent contractReporting to the Regional Director, the Registered Manager will be responsible for the nursing and care of the Home's residents. The successful candidate will monitor performance of all staff, ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for marketing the 53-bed, rated 'Good' by CQC, Care Home within the local community; maximising occupancy; managing budgets, payroll and rotas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A nursing qualification/NVQ L5 Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application.
