Voyage Care are recruiting a Nurse Clinical Manager to join our busy team. Supporting Complex Healthcare needs across the North East to include Hartlepool, Durham and Middlesbrough: we invite applications from RGN/RCN, Registered UK Nurses. We are a team of Registered RGN/RCN Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Field Care Supervisors and Care Coordinators that provide healthcare support to young people/ Adults within their own homes and other community settings such as respites, hospices. You will need to be motivated and innovative with strong leadership, management and communication skills. The role requires a dynamic and flexible approach to the day to day management of nurse led packages of support. Are you looking for an exciting opportunity and a new challenge? The role will require clear communication skills to liaise with families, Community Nursing Teams and healthcare workers. Ideally applicants should have experience of working in the community as a Nurse.
