Market Access Strategy Manager Novartis, England. Job purpose: The purpose of the role is be a subject matter expert in Market Access and to derive insight and intelligence from both CCG & specialised commissioning environment to inform Novartis brand plans; delivering compelling value propositions and service redesign tools to improve patient outcomes, drive positive policies and ensure uninhibited on-license funding for our portfolio Broader Business. Additionally to leverage NHS insights and identify opportunities to optimise Novartis brands through new commercial/value offerings which benefit both the customer and patient. Key Responsibilities: •Through an in-depth understanding of the external NHS, healthcare environment and commissioner-provider interface, work with the franchise teams in the development of brand related Market Access (MAx) strategy •Through customer insights, anticipate challenges and opportunities and ensure that the brand related MAx strategy is competitive and addresses the changing external environment •Accountable for delivering brand related value propositions and communication tools (that will drive positive policies, guidelines and funding locally); ensuring alignment with the brand team and that Best Practices are shared / adopted •Provide subject matter expertise to support Patient Access Managers in key stakeholder meetings •To support the BF in delivering brand related service/patient pathway map-ping and solutions generated to improve patient outcomes; ensuring Best Practices are shared / adopted •Working cross functionally, leveraging our understanding of the external environment and using our in-depth knowledge of the brand strategy create new commercial/value offerings for Novartis brands •To fully engage in in the 2 wayfeedback mechanism between the field based brand aligned Business Leaders and Patient Access Managers and the MAx Centre of Excellence, to ensure continual improvement for access, service and new value deliverables •To ensure all associated compliance requirements and local regulations are met •To comply with Novartis policies and procedures at all times.
