Deputy Care Home Manager –Elderly Care Home - Worcester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Care Home Manager to join a market leading, award winning care home provider as a Deputy Manager (non-clinical) for their residential part of their care home. The home is extremely well run and possesses an excellent reputation in the area.

You will be responsible for assisting in the full day to day running of this stunning home.
You will be a key part of the management team providing strong leadership and inspiration to staff members, to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centred care, compliance, staff retention and training and business performance.

You must have had previous experience as a deputy care home manager in an elderly care home so you can hit the ground running. In addition, experience of supervising drug rounds and maintaining accurate records is essential. NVQ level 4 would be ideal although not essential.
This would suit an experienced care home manager of elderly care homes that is now looking for a step back, as this role would still offer a number of challenges in a beautiful environment and this position could therefore be ideal!
