Job Description: Recruit by Nature are currently looking for an experienced full time Business Support Manager (Scotland) to join a well established healthcare organisation which supports and cares for adults with a learning disability or autism in specialist hospitals and residential services, both with and without nursing who will be based within Dundee with travel to other Danshell Scottish services.
The Business Support Manager (Scotland):

Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director your key function will be the improvement of quality and operating compliance with all regulatory and company requirements throughout a number of services by,
Through Monthly reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company quality compliance requirements,
Support coaching and development of Service Managers to deliver excellence for the people support and command success on agreed target

The Business Support Manager (Scotland) Essentials:

Similar experience in business support provision.
Commercial & Operational experience supporting multiple locations
Knowledge and understanding of key national policy and professional guidance relating to the care and treatment of people with children and adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems.
Car driver/access to own transport – needs to be willing to travel within the division.
