Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) vacancies - DumfriesUp to £31K - Adult Learning Disability My client has a permanent Staff Nurse vacancy at their residential service specialising in the care of adults with learning disability, complex needs, challenging behaviours and associated mental health needs. This role can pay up to £31K based on a 40hr contract dependent on experience. The service focuses on helping service users achieve as much independence as possible, and focuses on taking each individual from total dependency on others around them, to be able to complete daily tasks on their own with confidence. All care staff at the home are highly skilled and regularly trained to best provide care to those with complex and severe healthcare needs, and the MDT work cohesively to achieve excellent standards of nursing care. In this role, you will contribute to the effective running of the service on a day to day basis through excellent nursing practice and upholding the company's aims and values. Specific responsibilities will cover areas including safeguarding, risk assessment, medication management and administration and the creation, implementation and development of complex care plans.
