A fabulous opportunity for an accomplished Care Home Manager in a stunning location
Our client operates 2 small residential homes very close to each other, and also offers the local community a care at home service, and we are delighted to have been asked to find a manager who can bring passion, knowledge, empathy and commercial sensibility to these highly regarded services, and move them forward in order to realize the potential that they are truly capable of.

Your role as Registered Manager within the organisation will be to oversee the day to day management of all 3 services, and ensure that the delivery of care to all of the people you look after is of the highest quality, delivered with empathy, and in line with all regulatory requirements.

Our client needs a Home Manager who has operated a highly graded service, and realiszes the hard work that goes in to maintaining a service at these levels.

You will need to have

A minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care along with a recognized managerial award
Be able to lead, mentor and manage a diverse staff team
Be used to working effectively across a number of services
Have a passion for facilitating good care
