General Manager - Birmingham
Our outstanding client with a nearly perfect reputation with the very highest standards of care is for a General Manager based in Midlands and the South. The organization boasts over 30 homes in the UK and has a high focus on Quality.
These are large homes that are set up for the elderly with physical disability and dementia. We therefore require an experienced manager that has strong management, clinical knowledge and is commercial driven. Ideally we are looking for a RGN (Registered General Nurse) but if you’re a manager with a strong commercial background in related sectors of care with dementia experience and can lead the team forward and able to liaise with the residents and build a great relationship within their community without a registered PIN..
These are fantastic homes with amazing facilities and features with a much modernised touch providing an excellent service for the residents.

Must have multi-site experience.
Experience within a similar role is essential, as a strong leader whom is assertive is needed to succeed in this role. The homes are fully staffed, occupancy is excellent and admissions are regular but it needs constant marketing to maintain acceptable levels with a personalised approach to the unique needs of every resident who has chosen to make our client home their home.
You will be responsible to take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the nursing home and the general well being of Clients and Staff Members. To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined time scales.

– Must ensure that a standard that is acceptable to the regulator is achieved through the recognised ‘outcomes’ measurement
