Are you an experienced Senior IFA Administrator looking for an opportunity to join a chartered wealth management practice in Birmingham?

The Company

My client is a chartered wealth management practice, providing financial advice to private and corporate clients, including sporting professionals. Their advisory services include: Employee benefits, investment planning, tax planning and retirement solutions.


My client is looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to assist with the ongoing administration of financial planning and investment management clients. They will provide depth and experience to the existing financial planning department.


* FP New business submission and chasing
* Preparing meeting documentation, bespoke letters, valuations etc.
* Bringing a general FP knowledge to the department in terms of wider
* Working with Paraplanners and Planners to ensure a robust process is followed
* Deal with client specific queries about their financial planning arrangements
* Inputting and maintenance of client data on the back office system
* Other general administration duties

To be successful you will need

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Working knowledge of an IFA environment
* Experience within financial services
* Understands and applies current regulatory obligations and procedures to achieve compliance, including upholding TCF principles
* Good operational knowledge of departmental processes
