Are you a Payroll Administrator who would love to solely manage Payroll plus have the luxury of a varied role? Would you like to carry out invoicing duties too for 2 days a week? If so we have an ideal role for you.

You will be working with the HR Administrator, who we recruited, who couldn't praise the company enough. You will also be working closely with the Finance Director who is very friendly.

The company are an extremely well established family run business with 250 employees. Unfortunately they aren't based near public transport so your own transport is required.

Working Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, your duties would include:

* Processing monthly payroll for 250 employees
* Making any payroll changes to pay: deductions, bonuses, monitoring attendance sheets etc and liaising with the relevant Department Manager
* Reconciling the Payroll on a monthly basis
* Updating the Payroll with any statutory changes
* Distributing payslips, P45's, P60's and P11d's
* Working closely with the Finance and Contracts department to match equipment used to work carried out, calculating prices and issuing invoices

General administrative tasks. Skills required:

* Experience of processing end to end monthly Payroll is essential
* Previous experience of managing pensions and benefits
* Invoicing/Sales ledger experience
* MS Office experience, including Excel
