Clinical Lead ( RGN or RMN or RNLD ) Location: Banchory, near AberdeenService: Nursing Home - Nursing, Palliative Care & Parkinson'sSalary: up to £18 per hour (£33,600 - £44,900 per annum) Paid Breaks Accommodation availableHours: Full time or Part time hours available dependant on experience (Options: 24, 36, 42, 48 hours available)Shifts: Days or Night shifts available depending on preferenceContract type: Permanent*Salary equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6**Heavily subsidised accommodation available*Further details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in the Banchory area, near Aberdeen. The Care Home offers nursing and residential care for older adults who require nursing and palliative care. The Care Home has been furnished and decorated with vibrant, visually stimulating colours and textures to help assist their residents' orientation and well-being. Their focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.What we're looking for / what's available: We are ideally looking for a nurse that is experienced in elderly care. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer. We can offer heavily subsidised accommodation for any nurses who are looking to relocate to the area or who require staff accommodation.The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff.
