Clinical Trials Coordinator
Ensure correct clinical trial process and provide support to the clinical operations team in the execution of assigned clinical studies Prepare and distribute status updates, study progress reports and third party reporting metrics Coordinate preparation, collection, review and tracking of study documents Assist with management of regulatory documents and document database Coordination of and participation at project team meetings Preparation of presentation materials for meetings and project summary data Assist the team with the tracking and updates to the CT.gov registry Assist with the development, appropriate filing of all study documentation and regular QC of the trial master file Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in life science area CTC experience in a similar role Knowledge of clinical trial operations, ICH and GCP Guidelines Must possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task is essential Benefits Pension scheme Private medical insurance Other voluntary benefits include: Childcare Vouchers, Bike to Work This position is based in Galashiels within the beautiful Scottish Borders; only an hours commute from Edinburgh.
