Peripatetic Home Manager - Surrey Salary up to £80k per annum plus bonusBright Selection are currently supporting a niche luxury care provider in their appointment of an experienced home manager to join as a support manager for their group of homes located across Surrey and surrounding areas. Our client has a small but significant portfolio of high quality retirement living sites offering residential, nursing and specialist dementia services, and are set for further growth and development through new commissions. The group are financially sound and benefit from a stable and clinically trained senior management team and leadership. The group's homes range from 65-100 bed sites and all are set in beautiful locations with apartment style living and nursing home and dementia services. Responsibilities
•Providing home manager cover for annual leave, sickness or to support new commissions across surrey and M25
•Oversee care delivery management, revenue/sales leadership and people development
•Provide highly effective operational management as required across the homes
•Engage in coaching and supporting new managers within the group
•Be flexible, both with location of work and the approach to management for different homes
•Contribute to company-wide strategic projects.Requirements:
•Proven experience of home management delivering good and outstanding CQC outcomes
•Nursing qualification (RGN)
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
•Strong commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and finance
•Experience of effectively managing large teams, leading from the front whilst displaying empathy and sensitivity where appropriate
•Commitment to enhancing residents lives and delivering only the highest standards of person centred care
•Experienced in management of dementia care Remuneration:Market leading salary- negotiable depending on experience but offered in the region of £70,000-80,000 per annum plus bonus of up to 50%, pension and other corporate benefits.For further information please contact Karen Hedger
