Job Title: Temporary Credit Controller based in Ely

Location: Ely

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive

An experienced credit controller is urgently needed to join an established company based in Ely. This position requires an individual who is confident in updating and manipulating information on a variety of databases including Excel. Furthermore, this position requires someone who is polite, positive and professional when dealing with customer queries.

This position would be suited to someone who is numerically minded and is digitally savvy in terms of using a variety of computer packages.

Daily responsibilities:

* Outbound calls to collect cash
* Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records
* Monitor daily all incoming correspondence, ensuring that customer queries are resolved promptly and accurately
* Adhere to deadlines for month end and reporting
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Previous exposure in a financial team (desired but not essential)
