Job Title - Accounts Assistant - 12 Months Fixed Term

Package - up to £21,000 DOE

Location - Birmingham

The Company:

We are currently searching for an Accounts Assistant, for our client who is a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market.

Role duties (not limited to):

* Assist with month end procedures
* Monitor and assist with house reservation fees, sales completions and postings.
* Providing financial information for internal and external auditors
* Assist the Finance Manager with all other duties
* Ensuring that all sales invoice numbers are accounted for.
* Preparing and producing monthly management accounts to provide information for management.
* Ad hoc accounting and administration duties as required.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

* Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Must be computer literate and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Strive in a team environment
* Experienced with Oracle is desired but not essential
