We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our IT department inWest London, working as a PMO Analyst Resource Management. This is a new opportunity working as part of a new team to support therunning/governance of our Proteus Programme. You will be supporting the Proteus Programme Manager, as part of thePMO, in the efficient running of the Proteus Programme through handlingof resource management activities at programme level in accordance withProteus and BSI standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Deliver effective Resource Management across the programme includingDemand Planning, Monthly Forecasts & Capability Assessments Establish and maintain capacity planning and tracking across the programme Assess, monitor and forecast resource demand at programme level,advising PMO and Programme Director of any significant conflicts, bothat business case submission and ongoing project/programme delivery Assist with recruitment and on-boarding of resources as required Interface with other BSI PMO Analysts and PMO Manager to ensureeffective communication, aligned activities, and informed decisions Cross-cover any other PMO disciplines as required You will need to have experience working within a programme office forlarge Global transformation programmes, clear written and verbalcommunication skills,Knowledge of project management tools andtechniques, specifically resource management , and the ability to workindependently and collaboratively with business and technology colleagues.
