HR and Operations Assistant Central London An outstanding opportunity at the leading multinational healthcare organisation. We are seeking HR and Operations Assistant to provide support to the HR Director, Talent Acquisition Manager and Finance Director and have ability to work in fast-paced, busy and challenging environment. The post holder will be located at corporate headquarters based in Central London but will from time to time be required to visit the organisation's clinics based in London, Guildford and Plymouth. Location: Central London - suitable for someone residing in London or someone with an access to any train station in Central London. Salary: £27k - £30k Role Summary: * Manage new staff on-boarding to include the production of offer letters; issuing employment contracts; managing DBS and reference checks; collecting key documents * Coordinate staff inductions with line managers and present corporate company HR induction presentation to new staff * Line manage Quality, Compliance and Operations Administrator and support projects * Arrange IT, log in, passes etc. for all new employees * Ensure that all personnel files are kept up to date and record / prompt renewals of statutory and mandatory training * Work closely with and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager to resource new talent * Support the HR Director with audits and administration across the HR department * Liaise with our HR support partner to ensure that all of their records and systems are kept up to date. Be the organisation's ‘super user' for the HR system * Manage corporate office liaising with the landlord to ensure that the facility is presented and functioning at the appropriate standard * Work with the Finance Director and CEO, to monitor and audit the delivery of H&S and other regulatory checks as required Experience required: * Previous relevant HR and Operations administration experience * Willingness to manage staff HR Administrator, Operations Assistant, London, Central London, Middlesex, Surrey, Slough, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, Wokingham, Bracknell, Buckinghamshire, Reading, Home Counties, Hampshire
